At TheGlam, we aim to make cancellation simple. This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and what happens after cancellation.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting business@nserve.co with their registered email or phone number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the cancellation to be processed.
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service during this period. No further payments will be charged once the current cycle ends.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Terms of Service, submit fraudulent payments, or otherwise misuse the Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
nServe Technology LLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
