If the complaint is substantiated, the Site may permanently remove the content and take further action against the responsible user, including account suspension or termination.
Submitting false claims or abusing the DMCA process can lead to legal consequences, including liability for damages, legal fees, and court costs under applicable federal law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
