nServe Technology LLC ("we", "us", "the Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of TheGlam to do the same. These procedures are strictly for copyright infringement claims.

1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission on TheGlam, you must send a notice to our designated Copyright Agent including the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  • A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our Site (URL).

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your identification and contact details; a description of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was made in error or based on incorrect information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts stated in our Terms of Service.

3. Review & Action

If a notice is incomplete but still provides sufficient information, we may attempt to contact the complainant to correct it. The Site is under no obligation to act on incomplete, inaccurate, or unsupported complaints. If the complaint is substantiated, the Site may permanently remove the content and take further action against the responsible user, including account suspension or termination.

4. False Claims

Submitting false claims or abusing the DMCA process can lead to legal consequences, including liability for damages, legal fees, and court costs under applicable federal law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
